Hadleigh Town Council Publication Scheme
The purpose of this scheme is to be a means by which local Councils can make a significant amount of information available routinely, without waiting for it to be specifically requested. The scheme is intended to encourage local Councils to publish more information proactively and to develop a greater culture of openness and transparency.
At its Meeting on the 28th November 2002, the Town Council RESOLVED to accept a Publication Scheme under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Full details of the Council's publication Scheme are available upon request, where it specifies classes of information that it currently publishes and intends to publicise and details of which category the documents fall under. (There may be a reasonable charge made for copies made of certain documents).
